Day 2: flow simulation (CAD-Modul) – filling design
Day 3: Mold design and mill programming
Day 4: mold construction – the mold is built within 24 hours
Day 5: assembly of the mold and first injection-molded parts – according to calculations,
the first 1000 masks can be produced in less than 60 hours
